Customers may choose their preferred communication method (Text, Email, or Instagram DM) when submitting a repair request. If Text is selected, customers provide their phone number and consent to receive SMS updates. SMS messages may vary in frequency depending on the repair process. All SMS communications include opt‐out instructions: Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
6. Opt‐Out and Deletion Requests
Currently, Fishbone Glassworks supports opt‐out requests for SMS messaging only. Customers may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. Broader data deletion requests are possible by directly contacting Fishbone Glassworks at [email protected] to request review of their data.
